Joining a gym, what's the difference at a Health Club? Well we're not just for the super fit, we believe that fitness is for everybody - those that want to regain fitness, recover from surgery, illness or just improve their overall health and weight control. From June 2023 - June 2024, new Club Members will be entitled to 3 free Personal Training sessions (one consultation and 2 on the gym floor). Renewing members during this time will be offered a free gym floor session. See details
Damien is our gym manager and he and Adrian have decades of experience between them and will help you achieve your goals. Remember you can also swim, relax in our sauna or steam room after your session to aid your overall health and well-being..

Everyone using the gym will be asked to complete a PAR Q form so that we can consider your medical fitness.
If you have any doubts about your fitness, please consult your doctor. If you have any medical condition staff can ask for a Doctor's note before entry.
Members are asked to update their PAR Q forms regularly. Members using our ClubRight App—will be able to do this on their mobile phones!
